Veure—la palabra valenciana para “ver”—es tanto el título como el hilo conductor de esta exposición. Es, en gran medida, un estudio sobre la visión recíproca: yo pinto lo que percibo, y la obra, a su vez, me percibe a mí. Algunas piezas amplían este diálogo, mostrando sujetos que se observan entre sí, generando momentos de reconocimiento mutuo dentro del propio lienzo. De este intercambio silencioso—entre artista, obra, y dentro de la obra misma—surgen la alegría, el humor y la admiración. Espero que los espectadores sientan también esa calidez, como si el arte reconociera suavemente su presencia. Expreso mi más sincero agradecimiento al Ayuntamiento de Manises por el honor de presentar esta exposición individual en la emblemática Casa de Cultura.

Veure—the Valencian word for “to see”—is both the title and the thread running through this exhibition. It is mostly a study in reciprocal seeing: I paint what I perceive, and the work, in turn, perceives me. Some pieces extend this dialogue further, depicting subjects who observe one another, creating layered moments of mutual recognition. From this quiet exchange—between artist, artwork, and within the artwork itself—joy, humour, and appreciation emerge. I hope viewers feel that warmth too, as if the art were gently acknowledging their presence. I extend my sincere gratitude to the City of Manises for the honour of presenting this solo exhibition inside the beautiful Casa de Cultura.
